The Senior Pastor, Dr. Arthur Nembhard and his lovely wife, Jasmin, have been in the ministry for more than 30 years. They have planted 6 churches and pastured a total of seven churches in Canada and the United States.
Dr. Nembhard has a Bachelors of Science in Social Work and Social Service Administration from York University in Toronto, Canada and graduated from the Candler School of Theology, Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia with a Masters in Divinity. He also has a Doctorate in Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Marietta, Georgia and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Springfield, Missouri.
Dr. Nembhard served for 10 years as a full-time chaplain for the Georgia Department of Corrections in 3 maximum-security prisons and is currently a chaplain/Spiritual Care Consultant for the LifePath Hospice Inc. here in Tampa, Florida. Both he and his wife are natives of Jamaica and have three children, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Dr. Nembhard and his wife know that God has called them to start a ministry in the North Tampa/South Pasco area to reach people with the love of Jesus Christ. They are committed to teaching and preaching the Word of God and they have a heart for hurting people. Their ministry is characterized by restoration and reconciliation of people and families to Christ and their community.
